very badmattress /pillows the bath rooms are not practical staff is arragent and they charge 200,000 cop if you have a geust in the room which is outrages

The rooms are exceptional. My only complaint was the sinks were too shallow for the faucet so water would get everywhere.
I wish the hotel had more areas to congregate. A bar that wasn't so loud and such a scene.

The rooms were nice with beautiful balconies and a great view. The bar at night was nice. Breakfast was good
The rooms needed closet space. All rooms face the park and is very loud at night. The bar on the top floor is open to the public and this makes it a little unsafe. They advertise having the biggest gym than any other hotel in Colombia yet there is no gym or spa.
